The Crumbl Cookies app’s “Test Cookies” tab, which as of March 2025 still shows all store locations rather than just test cookie sites. The issue of this, also reported as early as January 2024, is still not resolved.
To this very day, after March 2025, Crumbl Cookies is still testing cookies with its customers. Every Wednesday, “Cookies in Testing” are available each Select location to sample new flavors and provide feedback. Crumbl’s goal is to use this initiative to refine recipes before they are put on the regular menu.
In order to participate you will need to go to a designated testing location on Wednesdays and get one of the available test cookie. Feedback will influence what we offer on the menu. They have a list of current testing locations on the Crumbl Cookies app or on their official website.
Flavors such as Cookie Butter Ice Cream, Raspberry Butter Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Peaches & Cream are what Crumbl Cookies is still experimenting with. There is no Mystery Cookie Map as such but a list of testing locations is available. The test sites are located across multiple states such as Virginia, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. However, locations from which notable testing has been conducted include Bentonville, Arkansas; San Antonio, Texas; and Scottsdale, Arizona.
The newest test flavors, where they are tested is often searched online or asked on forums by many cookie fans. Some common questions are, ‘What flavor does Bentonville, Arkansas this week?’ or ‘What is the additional flavor for Crumbl in San Antonio?’ The test flavors come and go, and customers love the novelty of trying a new product before it hits the menu.
